Lizzie Dunford

<p>Lizzie Dunford is a commercial lawyer, and a Partner at Bevan Brittan LLP. Lizzie specialises in technology and data protection matters, with a particular focus on Higher Education. She advises in relation to outsourcing arrangements, IT transformation, all aspects of contracting across digital estates, and information governance arrangements.</p> <p> </p> <p>Lizzie previously worked as an in-house lawyer at Coventry University, advising in respect of commercial contracting, technology, transformation projects, IP, data protection and AI. Lizzie also headed up the Information Governance Unit during her time at Coventry University, and is the author of Universities UK’s sector guidance, "<a href="https://www.universitiesuk.ac.uk/what-we-do/policy-and-research/publications/features/tackling-harassment/changing-culture-sharing-personal-data" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Changing the culture: sharing personal data in harassment cases</a>".</p> <p> </p> <p>Lizzie is based in the Midlands, and enjoys music, ballet, baking, and walks with her family and her golden retriever.</p>
